Then I’d binge…

Oreos and cashews were my main culprits…
There was also my favorite boneless spare ribs combination platter with egg roll and fried rice for dinner…
Let’s not even talk about my sweet tooth cravings…
I couldn’t find a way to eat for life that was realistic and not be like a whale…
Then I almost died from extreme dieting…
I blew up with full body edema of 33lbs of fluid in one week…
I remember going to the ER and when a nurse stuck a needle in me, it came right back out because there was so much fluid gushing out of my veins!
I saw 7 different doctors including Chinese herbal medicine doctors and no one could help me…
It took 4 depressing months to “deflate” and get back to normal…
The only thing that helped was eating healthier and eating like a “normal” person should…
It took almost dying to make me realize that I needed to change the way I eat and stop this madness of diets…
I decided to learn more about fitness nutrition and got certified…
I geeked out and learned as much as I could…
I also got certified in lifestyle wellness coaching because I knew my lack of motivation and not being able to stay consistent was a huge obstacle for me…
Everything changed when I learned how to stay motivated and eat for the sexy toned body I want…
